Join us as our Customer Service Team Lead, where you'll lead our Customer Service department. As our Customer Service Team Lead, you will manage our international parcel delivery service. You'll address our B2B clients' questions and supervise our external parcel carriers. Your goal? Constantly improving our business processes. This role is full-time, with one day hybrid and the rest in the office.
Living in the area of Venlo - Limburg is required. Only applications from candidates residing in the Limburg / Eindhoven region will be considered.
